金沢市の中心に位置している観光地として人気な、数々の現代アートが並ぶ円形美術館。「まちに開かれた公園のような美術館」を建築コンセプトとし、誰もがいつでも立ち寄ることができ、様々な出会いの場となるような美術館です。
館内は有料の展覧会ゾーンと無料の交流ゾーンに分かれています。館内外では、五感で楽しめる、建物と一体化した作品(コミッションワーク)が鑑賞できます。

Located in the heart of Kanazawa, this museum’s distinctive circular building houses a great collection of modern art. The museum was designed to feel like a park open to the city, for all to enjoy.
The inside of the museum features both the paid Exhibition Zone and the free Public Zone. The museum is also known for its numerous delightful art installations.
